- GENERAL RULES -

And starting at 10:00 pm, the volume of the music must be exclusively for group consumption, and that, definitely, the neighbors cannot hear it;

2- Smoking is allowed in this property, however, we ask smokers not to do so inside the house. You can always do it comfortably in all open areas, however, we also ask that you be careful not to leave residue from hookah use or cigarette butts, and handle these issues carefully so that they do not cause damage to the property. ;

3- Cooperating with order and cleanliness is everyone's duty, to maintain this, which will be your home during your stay, with a pleasant and harmonious atmosphere. Garbage must go exclusively to the trash cans distributed throughout the property and common areas;

4- Guests must return the same amount of towels they receive, which will be equal to the maximum capacity of the property;

5- If the guest detects any anomaly in the house, we ask that you please inform us, and in this way we will do everything in our power to correct it as soon as possible, and thus make your stay more pleasant;

6- Adult guests are responsible for taking care of themselves and the children they are with;

7- Only the maximum capacity of 12 people is allowed, and under no circumstances are additional guests allowed. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the cancellation of your reservation, without the right to a refund; 8- Do not move furniture from inside the house;

8- Noisy events are not allowed inside the villa. These types of events that may require loud music or noise from the group should only be held in the pool and/or gazebo area, however, it should also be taken into account that this is a very quiet place, so which, rule 1 must be completely respected, throughout the area.

9- Guests must leave all kitchen utensils clean, as they found them, and garbage collected in bags, and left in the garbage tanks, outside the property. If this rule is not followed, a fee of USD 30 per extra cleaning fee will be applied to the guest.
