Everyone can enjoy a large swimming pool, a children's pool, Jacuzzi, Billiards, BBQ, outdoor kitchen, outdoor bathroom for men and women, basketball court, pergolas, huge gazebo with TV and dominoes table, perfect for vacations, celebrations or events.

The use of the Jacuzzi heater has an additional cost of USD 35 per night. This amount will only be charged if you wish to enjoy the heater, and if you do not use it, it will not be charged.

Villas de Colores is a charming place and one of the villas with the most amenities in all of Jarabacoa. It is large infrastructure with many spaces to enjoy and spend time in fun and relaxation, as well as all the amenities you may need without having to leave the site. It also has a large parking lot and a perimeter fence, which makes it very private and secure.

The resort has 3 villas:

Carolina is the first villa in the resort. A charming place with a lot of space to enjoy and spend time in fun and rest, as well as all the comforts you may need without having to leave the point. It can accommodate up to 12 people and has 3 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms; with its fully equipped private kitchen.

Yamilet is a very cozy space, with 4 rooms with capacity for 12 people, and an inflatable bed for 2 additional people, 3.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen; living room with Smart TV, dining room, and one totally private rooms on the second floor.

Villa Yisbel is a space to disconnect from your worries and relax by forgetting the everyday. This beautiful two-storey villa belongs to a complex of three villas, which is like a small resort.

Within them, two of the rooms are double, one with a king-size bed and the other with a full size double bed, while the other two have a full size double bed and a double cabin each. The villa has its own space to be in privacy with your loved ones, a good well-furnished terrace, as well as its own BBQ.


Guests have access to all areas of entertainment and services, such as gazebo, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and BBQ, pergolas, gym, men's and women's bathrooms, green areas, basketball court, billiards area, among others.

Los 14 de Buena Vista is an extremely quiet area, especially where we are located. This is an environment to be in peace and privacy, and one of the main reasons is that, although we do not have any other properties around us yet, we also have a completely closed perimeter, and with our own natural areas within our property.
To move around Jarabacoa we always recommend using the GPS, and in the case of this specific area, it is necessary to move in a private vehicle, since there is no public transport in the area, however, there is also the possibility of contacting a service taxi, in case you do not have a private means of transport.

GENERAL RULES

1- The environmental attorney's office and the national police have established as a rule, in Jarabacoa, that the volume of music or noise caused by groups must always be moderate, so that it does not affect the tranquility and harmony of the environment, or disturb neighbors. And from 9:00 pm, the volume of the music must be exclusively for the group's consumption, and that the neighbors definitely cannot hear it;

2- Smoking is allowed in this property, however, we ask smokers not to do so inside the house. You can always do it comfortably in all open areas, however, we also ask that you be careful not to leave residue from hookah use or cigarette butts, and handle these issues carefully so that they do not cause damage to the property. ;

3- Cooperate with order and cleanliness is a duty of all, to maintain this, which will be your home during your stay, with a pleasant and harmonious environment. Garbage should go exclusively to the trash cans distributed throughout the property;

4- Guests must return the same number of towels they receive, which will be equal to the maximum capacity of the property;

5- If the guest detects any anomaly in the house, we ask that, please, inform us, and in this way, we will do everything in our power to correct it as soon as possible, and thus make your stay more pleasant;

6- Adult guests are responsible their own care and the children they are with.

7- Only the maximum capacity of 36 people is allowed, and under no circumstances are more additional guests allowed. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the cancellation of your reservation, without the right to a refund;

8- Do not move furniture inside the house;

9- Loud events are not allowed inside the villa. This type of event that may require loud music or noise from the group should only be held in the pool and/or gazebo area, however, it should also be taken into account that this is a very quiet place, so, rule 1 must be fully respected, in the entire área;

10- Guests must leave all clean kitchen utensils, as they were found, and garbage collected in bags, and left in the garbage tanks, outside the property. In case this rule is not followed, a fee of 100 USD for extra cleaning fee will be applied to the guest.
