- HOUSE RULES -

2- Smoking is allowed in this property, however, we ask smokers not to do so inside the house. You can always do it comfortably in all open areas, however, we also ask that you be careful not to leave residue from hookah use or cigarette butts, and handle these issues carefully so that they do not cause damage to the property. ;

3- Cooperating with order and cleanliness is everyone's duty. To maintain this, which will be your home during your stay; with a pleasant and harmonious environment. The garbage should go exclusively to the trash cans distributed throughout the property and common areas. Under no circumstances should it be left scattered on the property.

4- Guests must return the same amount of towels they receive at check-in, which will be equal to the maximum capacity of the property.

5- If the guest detects any anomaly or situation that needs immediate attention in the house, we ask that you please inform us as soon as possible. In this way, we will do everything in our power to correct it as soon as possible and thus make your stay more pleasant.

6- Adult guests are responsible for taking care of themselves and the children that accompany them

7- If for any reason you wish to receive visits to the property, your stay should only be limited to activities and not to sleep, since the number of beds available is exclusively for the maximum capacity. In addition, this intention must be notified in advance to the host before arriving at the property in order to address any possible solution for this case and thus prevent those in charge of the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the cancellation of your reservation, without the right to a refund.

8- It is forbidden to move furniture inside the house, outside areas or misuse them for activities other than those for which they were designed.

9- Noisy events are not allowed inside the property. If the guest wishes to rent the property for this purpose, the music and its volume must be for the enjoyment of those present only, not for the neighborhood. It must be taken into account that this is a very quiet place, therefore, rule 1 must be fully respected in the entire area.

10- Guests must leave all kitchen utensils clean, in their place and as they were found, that is, in excellent condition. Garbage must be collected in bags and left in the garbage tanks outside the property. In the event that this rule is not followed, the guest will be charged a $50 cleaning fee.

11- Pets are not allowed in this property. In case of the violation of this rule, the guest will have to pay a compensation of 50 USD. Also, the guest could face the cancellation of his reservation, and eviction, as well as the loss of the security deposit or reduction of the same, in case we found any damage, caused by the pet.
