Villa Bartolo, with capacity for up to 20 people, is a true paradise in the heights of Jarabacoa, located in Mata de Plátano, where the Evano Verde scientific reserve begins, and one of the most complete villas in the entire area.

Our villa is characterized by having the most exquisite view, and an architecture that allows you to take full advantage of the view of valleys, mountains, and the greenery that characterizes the Cibao.




Price for events: US$ 1250 per night 100 people + US$ 100 Cleaning service

On weekends, Villa Bartolo has a fixed price of 645 USD for a group of 20 people. In the event that you book regularly paying the additional per person, you can contact us, and we will help you manage your cancellation immediately or, if you wish, we will send you an additional charge to complete your reservation.

The property includes cleaning and kitchen staff throughout the stay. (This service does not include inputs, so guests must provide these inputs).

Guests will enjoy complete privacy; however, they must consider that they will have a cleaning and kitchen staff at their disposal during the stay, coordinated by themselves. The kitchen and housekeeper service will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The use of the Jacuzzi heater has an additional cost of USD 35 per night. This amount will only be charged if you wish to enjoy the heater, and if you do not use it, it will not be charged.

The reflected rate is for a maximum of 10 people on weekdays and 16 on weekends. Each additional person must pay a value of $30 USD per person per night.

The rooms are enabled based on the number of people specified in the reservation process. If it is your wish to add companions to the number with which the reservation is made, you must consult with the host to receive the proper approval and the rate increase will be indicated based on the additional people. If you add additional people without consulting, this could delay the check-in process while we get approval from the host or result in the cancellation of your reservation.

It is easily accessible for any type of vehicle and the road is in excellent condition. Getting to the villa is quite comfortable, since it is not steep, despite the fact that they are on the heights of the city.

At Villa Bartolo we have a staff dedicated to maintaining the property, as well as cooking and cleaning it, during your stay, at no additional cost. Villa Bartolo is located in Mata de Plátano, one of the most exclusive and beautiful areas of Jarabacoa.
The house is surrounded by nature and a beautiful landscape of the forest. The location allows guests to connect with the forest to breathe pure and clean air.

It is located at the beginning of the ébano verde ecological reserve; so it is completely free of pollution thanks to the coniferous forest of pine trees and cold plants.

Mata de Plátano is an exclusive neighborhood, so all the houses in the area are luxurious and beautiful. Villa Bartolo, however, is set back from the other houses, making it more private, exclusive, and equally luxurious.

The villa is located just 5 minutes from the Camu River, one of the most crystalline and beautiful rivers in the municipality, and only 20 minutes from the center of Jarabacoa.

1) Check in to the Villa is from 3:00 P.M. (15:00) and check out is at 11:00 AM.

No additional people will be allowed to stay in the villa beyond the amount stipulated at the time of booking. In case you wish to bring additional guests, this condition must be communicated in advance and approved by the host. If this condition is accepted, an additional charge of US$ 25.00 per person will be added for each night of your stay.

2) The maximum capacity of people allowed in the villa is 20, including children. Anyone over 6 years of age counts as a guest, but there may be concessions in cases of babies between 1-3 years old, which may be approved by the host; but the care and supervision of children, regardless of their age, as well as their responsibility is subject to their parents or legal representatives.

3) Air conditioners can only be turned on at night, specifically for sleeping hours; During daylight hours, guests can use the fans available in each room.

4) Moving furniture from one area to another is not allowed, especially those from inside the house to the pool area; Do not place your feet on furniture or stand on it.

5) If guests wish to enjoy music during their stay, it must be at a moderate volume level, because if they bother the neighbors or are reprimanded by the police, the guests will be in charge of dealing with the legal proceedings that may arise. any report of this kind. Likewise, noise or music is only allowed until 10:00 P.M. (22:00) as established by the environmental attorney's office and the national police.

6) Events or parties are not permitted on the property without prior authorization from the host. If you wish to hold a celebration, you must inform this when making pre-booking inquiries and, where possible, indicate the details of the event. If an event is held without notification, your reservation may be canceled immediately.

7) The use of decorative elements, changes, or installations that may affect the property or the aesthetics of its different spaces is strictly prohibited.

8) Holding an event does not allow entry to additional people than the number established at the time of reservation or the additional number determined with the host according to rule number 2. If any visitor shows up, said visit must be informed to the host and Their permanence must be approved by the host.

9) Pets are not allowed on the property. If guests violate this rule and the pet causes damage to the property or in any way affects its property, the expenses to recondition the space, the affected belongings or furniture will be paid by the guest and legal action will be taken if the guest does not recognize said damages.

10) Under no circumstances is it permitted to remove any item from the villa, regardless of whether said removal is momentary.

11) Smoking or the use of hookah is prohibited within the closed spaces of the villa, that is, bedrooms, common rooms, bathrooms or living areas. However, guests can perform these actions in the open areas of the property, such as balconies and terraces. Cleaning any remains or waste resulting from these activities is the responsibility of the guests.

12) The only person authorized to turn on the lights in the property and the heater in the upper room is the concierge who is on the property. His function is to facilitate the work of turning on the equipment that only He is authorized to manipulate, including the water heater in the upper room; which will only be turned on at the request of the guests.
