- HOUSE RULES -

1- The environmental attorney's office and the national police have established as a rule, in Jarabacoa, that the volume of music or noise caused by groups must always be moderate, so that it does not affect the tranquility and harmony of the environment, or disturb the neighbors. And from 9:00 pm, the volume of the music must be exclusively for the group's consumption, and that the neighbors definitely cannot hear it;

2- Smoking is allowed in this property, however, we ask smokers not to do so inside the house. You can always do it comfortably in all open areas, however, we also ask that you be careful not to leave residue from hookah use or cigarette butts, and handle these issues carefully so that they do not cause damage to the property. ;

3- Cooperate with order and cleanliness is a duty of all, to maintain this, which will be your home during your stay, with a pleasant and harmonious environment. Garbage should go exclusively to the trash cans distributed throughout the property;

4- Guests must return the same number of towels they receive, which will be equal to the maximum capacity of the property;

5- If the guest detects any anomaly in the house, we ask that, please, inform us, and in this way, we will do everything in our power to correct it as soon as possible, and thus make your stay more pleasant;

6- Adult guests are responsible their own care and the children they are with.

7- Only the maximum capacity of 8 people is allowed, and under no circumstances are more additional guests allowed. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the cancellation of your reservation, without the right to a refund;

8- Do not move furniture inside the house;

9- Loud events are not allowed inside the villa. This type of event that may require loud music or noise from the group should only be held in the pool and/or gazebo area, however, it should also be taken into account that this is a very quiet place, so, rule 1 must be fully respected, in the entire área;

10- Guests must leave all clean kitchen utensils, as they were found, and garbage collected in bags, and left in the garbage tanks, outside the property. In case this rule is not followed, a fee of 30 USD for extra cleaning fee will be applied to the guest.
