Green Village is a beautiful and unique private place with an exquisite view, located in the heights of Jarabacoa, but very close to the town, just 5 minutes by car. Its totally closed perimeter guarantees security and privacy. In addition, it has a large swimming pool, a jacuzzi, balconies with spectacular views, an indoor and outdoor kitchen, a BBQ area, sun loungers, a huge patio, an outdoor dining room and a beautiful gazebo, ideal for all types of events.


Use of the jacuzzi heater has an additional cost of USD 35 per night. This amount will only be charged if you wish to use the heater; otherwise no charge will be made.

Events such as weddings, big birthdays, activities with artists and large celebrations have an additional cost of 600 USD the night of the event, and this includes the assistance of a person who would help you with everything related to the care and organization of the place for said event.

Guests are required to bring their own speakers. It is important to note that playing music from vehicles at any time is strictly prohibited. This is due to volume and noise issues that could disturb the tranquility of the property and surrounding neighborhoods.

Very important fact: the pool is not closed, therefore, it is recommended to properly supervise children.

In addition, we offer the following additional services:

HOUSE RULES

1- The National Environmental Prosecutor's Office and the National Police have established in Jarabacoa, as a mandatory rule, that the volume of music or noise caused by groups must always be moderate, so that it does not affect the tranquility and harmony of the environment. environment, and that from 10:00 pm the noise must be for the exclusive consumption of the groups, and that the neighbors should not hear it.

We strongly hope that you respect this rule, which is general for any tourist area in the country, and avoid an unpleasant visit from the police, which ends in a fine for the person in charge of the group, and the seizure of the sound equipment;

2- Smoking is allowed in this property, however, we ask smokers not to do so inside the house. You can always do it comfortably in all open areas, however, we also ask that you be careful not to leave residue from hookah use or cigarette butts, and handle these issues carefully so that they do not cause damage to the property. ;

3- Cooperating with order and cleanliness is everyone's duty, to maintain this, which will be your home during your stay, with a pleasant and harmonious atmosphere. Garbage must go exclusively to the trash cans distributed throughout the property;

4- Guests must return the same amount of towels they receive, which will be equal to the maximum capacity of the property;

5- If the guest detects any anomaly in the house, we ask that you please inform us, and in this way we will do everything in our power to correct it as soon as possible, and thus make your stay more pleasant;

6- Parents or guardians are responsible and must take care of children, especially in areas such as the pool, where water on the floor can cause slipping and cause an accident;

7- Only 16 people are allowed as a maximum capacity. Under no circumstances are more guests allowed than this number. If for any reason you wish to receive visitors at the property, your stay should only be limited to recreational activities and not sleeping, as the number of beds available is exclusively for maximum capacity. Furthermore, this intention must be previously notified to the host before booking the property in order to address any possible solution for this case and thus warn those in charge of the property. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the cancellation of your reservation, without the right to a refund.

8- It is prohibited to move house furniture out of the areas to which it belongs or to improperly use it for activities other than those for which it was designed.

9- Noisy events are not allowed inside the property. If the guest wishes to rent the property for the purpose of hosting a party or event, the music and its volume must be for the enjoyment of those present only, not for the neighborhood. It must be taken into account that this is a very quiet place, so rule 1 must be respected to the letter throughout the area.

10- Guests must leave all kitchen utensils clean, in their place, and as they found them, that is, in excellent condition. Garbage must be collected in bags and left in the garbage cans outside the property. If this rule is not followed, the guest will be charged a cleaning fee of USD $30.
